We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to enhance our branding and visual identity initiatives with the renowned British Museum.
The Project Coordinator for Branding and Visual Identity will support the Director of Public Engagement and a core team in planning and executing branding initiatives. This role involves maintaining project control, managing documentation, financial processing, organising workshops and meetings, and coordinating travel.
Successful candidates will be required to work independently while managing the flow of project communication and ensuring timely decision-making. You’ll be expected to maintain high professional standards and confidentiality, deliver projects on schedule and within budget, and effectively track documentation and correspondence.
This is a full time, temporary role lasting 11 weeks.
To excel in this position, you should have proven organisational and administrative skills, financial administration experience, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and proficiency in software like Word and Excel are essential.
A background in the museum or cultural sector, along with project management training, would be advantageous.
