Product Trainer, UK & Europe

A luxury skincare brand is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Product Trainer to be based in London working both in the UK and Europe.

The role

As a Trainer you will be responsible for planning and strategising all training models for UK and Europe and training on-counter staff on various product ranges.

You will also be required to develop training strategy programmes and deliver these to both internal and external retail teams in the UK and across Europe.

This role will require travel and some occasional overnight stays.

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years training experience in a similar role, preferably within a mid to large beauty brand or skincare business. You will need to be highly organised and have excellent time-management skills to manage a busy diary. As a strong leader and great communicator, you will be able to train large or small groups of internal retail team members, including Business Managers and keep them up to date with knowledge of the brand and its products.
