We have an incredible opportunity to become Operations Manager for a large-scale, game-changing new immersive visitor attraction based in Central London.
As Operations Manager you will play a critical role in the initial set up and day-to-day operation of the visitor attraction. You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue, with the support of the Duty Managers and the rest of the venue team.
There is a huge opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the business and expand across other venues as they come on-line. Key responsibilities will include:
Our dream candidate is someone with a minimum of 5 years operational management experience in a high footfall, high profile visitor attraction. You’ll have good knowledge of venue ticketing and access controls systems, alongside appropriate Health & Safety accreditation.
A fantastic communicator and negotiator, you’ll have experience of recruiting and managing venue operational teams, including managing rotas and hours. Commercially and analytically minded, you’ll be highly organised and an excellent problem solver. Our client is looking for a people person who is customer focused, enthusiastic and motivated.
