We are on the hunt for a charismatic, motivated new Office Coordinator to join a globally renowned skincare brand at their London office. The Office Coordinator is a pivotal role in our team and interacts across all areas of the business.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the office and front of house organisation and coordination. Managing the day-to-day office operations, interacting proactively and assisting across all teams, ensuring the office runs smoothly and a pleasant, organised working environment is maintained.
You’ll be supporting and overseeing a broad scope of tasks ranging from health & safety compliance, IT support and team social events. You’ll be the go-to person for anything related to the office, acting as the first point of contact, welcoming all visitors in person or via telephone.
This role could suit someone from hospitality with admin skills or office admin background. Our client is looking for someone who can show evidence of proactively having taken initiative to improve business efficiency or performance and who can effectively minimise controllable costs, keeping within budget.
The perfect candidate is a friendly, approachable relationship builder who is able to operate with the utmost diplomacy and confidentiality, presenting successful resolution of issues when required. It’s also important for this role that you demonstrate quality and timeliness of communication with relevant parties.
You will have fantastic communication and organisational skills, alongside excellent attention to detail regarding day-to-day low level action points such as: emails, internal and external documents, accuracy of reports or other information passed on.
Achievement of annual objectives is key to success in this role.
