New Product Development Manager

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a world-renowned beauty brand as their New Product Development (NPD) Manager based in London, working on a range of exciting, innovative new products.

The role

As NPD Manager you will be responsible for supporting the NPD department in all aspects of product development and product life cycle management.

You will project manage all aspects of new product development, liaising with the manufacturing and supply chain teams, as well as working with the design teams on packaging. You will create and monitor budgets, ensure new products are of the highest standard, as well as carrying out business communication tasks and general administration when required.

Ideally, you should have 3+ years of experience in the cosmetic science field, a degree or qualification in cosmetic science as well as 3+ years of experience working in NPD. Experience in delivering strong product, packaging, and artwork briefs is essential. Experience managing external stakeholders such as design agencies and packaging suppliers is also highly desirable.

You will love to make things happen and have hands-on experience of a cross-functional CPA. You’ll be proficient in project management and able to deliver innovative & luxury products on time and within budget.
