We are on the hunt for a Museum and Galleries Resourcer to join our amazing London-based team.
As Museum and Galleries Resourcer, key responsibilities will include working on client sites in front facing customer service roles, as well as providing administrative recruitment support in the office. You will help the team out with the planning and scheduling of temporary workers and do everything possible to enhance the client and worker experience.
As a small business the successful candidate will have the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the existing team and help streamline our work processes.
This role has been created due to fantastic growth within the Museum and Galleries division, and we’re very excited about what the future holds!
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who knows what excellent customer service means. The perfect person for this role is someone with good IT skills (PDF, Word, Excel, Outlook) and some social media knowledge. We’re looking for someone charismatic and chatty, with a great telephone manner and good organisational skills.
