This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join the team at a highly renowned London Museum as a Membership Sales Assistant.
As Membership Sales Assistant, your key responsibility will be to sell Museum memberships to assist with increasing revenue. You will provide fantastic face-to-face customer service to members and all other visitors.
You will also work at the reception area of the Members’ Room, assist with packing and distributing Membership materials, stock taking and all other general administrative tasks.
How you’ll dazzle us
Our client is looking for someone with brilliant face-to-face customer service skills, alongside experience of sales in heritage, tourism or retail. You’ll be a good communicator and team player, someone who enjoys working in a busy front of house environment. You’ll pay strong attention to detail and always be immaculately well presented and punctual.
We’re looking for someone with the flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays if needed.
