International beauty and retail brand is seeking a Marketing and Retail Executive to take responsibility for CRM, SMILE loyalty programme and deliver events across the UK and Ireland.

Reporting into the UK Marketing Manager you will be responsible for our CRM strategy which spans both on and offline databases. You’ll be planning and executing our communication and engagement plan for in store customers via email and direct mail sharing exciting details of new launches, events and masterclasses.
You’ll also lead the yearly planning, development and implementation of counter events in store in conjunction with the wider Marketing Team and manage the SMILE loyalty programme.
A proactive, flexible self starter, you have 3-5 years experience in marketing, events CRM, retail and customer engagement. Beauty experience (particularly in the UK market) and knowledge of SELIGENT and SMILE is preferable.
You’ll need to be able demonstrate your ability to handle multiple projects at one time, exceptional organisational skills and love of working in a fast paced environment.
