You are:

• Able to provide excellent customer service skills
• Experienced in retail sales and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• A motivational team player
• Committed to meeting agreed sales KPIs
• A quick learner who will build a strong, comprehensive knowledge of the brand and products
• Personable and proactive and will ensure that every customer is assisted, ensuring increased sales and customer loyalty
• Experienced in visual merchandising to support the implementation of seasonal campaigns
• Able to ensure that the shop floor and back of house areas remain at a high standard at all times
• A Mandarin speaker
