Managing Director – Care Recruitment

The Recruitment experts from Artisan People are hiring for their sister company, home care experts “Artisan Aunties“. Be part of an entrepreneurial team spearheading the recruitment for a fresh approach to home care. Your ideas to build your business will be welcomed and listened to, whilst leveraging your experience of networking and client relations.

You MUST have experience of recruitment within the care sector with a forward thinking approach to improve the way loved ones are cared for.

You will also have a passion for people along with a proven track record within the industry. In addition, you will also be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. With excellent organisational skills, you will need to excel at building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Additionally, as an experienced Recruiter, you are committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

• Secure new Clients
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Bring new and innovative ideas and strategies to the management team
• Grow and develop Artisan Aunties Care division
