We are on the hunt for a brilliant graduate to join our fabulous luxury retail recruitment team in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our London team to recruit and retain fabulous people for our beauty retail clients.
Your main duties will include general administrative support, answering calls from staff and coordinating staff bookings on Excel. You will also be involved in helping out with recruiting fantastic candidates for our clients, organising staff rotas and coordinating sickness cover.
This role will be partly based in our Head Office and partly out on site coordinating staff for clients. Our office is a fun, fast-paced environment full of outgoing people!
We are looking for a charismatic, friendly individual with a vibrant personality and a true passion for working with people.
Our dream candidate is someone with amazing communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive team player with a can-do approach to work, you’ll be highly organised and proficient in Excel. You’ll have excellent time management and prioritisation skills and be happy working at a fast pace. A passion for all things beauty and luxury retail would be ideal!
