Luxury Fragrance Advisors – London

We have a brilliant opportunity for knowledgeable, friendly and dynamic salespeople to become Luxury Fragrance Advisors based in Central London, representing top designer fragrance brands.

At least 1 years’ experience selling fragrance is a must.

The Role

As a Fragrance Advisor, you’ll provide professional consultations to all customers, recommending the perfect perfumes and aftershaves to meet their needs . You’ll keep a record of all customers, consultations, products sold and present a weekly report of sales and activities to your Manager. Additionally, you will:

  • Be proficient at selling
  • Help maintain and grow the customer database according to targets set, ensuring that it is always updated for mail-outs, e-shots and other direct mail activity
  • Help ensure that all customers are kept in contact with new products, events, promotions and beauty rooms
  • Assist in managing and recording stock levels
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
  • Get involved with promotions
  • Keep up to date with all new products and trends

How you’ll dazzle us

We’re looking for candidates who are confident and outgoing with experience in fragrance or beauty sales. Ideal candidates are organised, well presented and responsible with a passion for fragrance retail, and a proven track record of working in a fast paced environment.
