We are on the hunt for a charismatic and ambitious, creative Account Executive to join our luxury retail client, based in Central London.
Reporting directly to the Head of Beauty London, your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and increasing consultant standards, coaching consultants on sales whilst giving on-the-spot feedback and demonstrating excellent management of all clients. It will also be your responsibility to schedule visits to align with daily events such as client meetings, training, as well as events like promos and launches. You will also be responsible for ensuring 100% attendance of all consultants in your designated store.
The role will require you to be visible and familiar in all retail stores in London stores and schedule visits to ensure key stores are visited daily and all stores weekly.
You may be required to be available for other duties in line with business needs. These will be agreed with you beforehand.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with lots of experience, energy and passion who has an excellent understanding of the luxury retail industry. You will have a creative outlook on life! We’re searching for someone highly organised with good attention to detail who can manage client bookings and schedules on a vast scale.
As someone who’ll be driving our teams as well as chatting to clients regularly, you’ll need great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude which you will use to directly assist in the businesses development and growth.
