We have a fabulous opportunity for an exceptional Account Executive with a passion for the beauty industry. If successful, you will be joining the Head Office team based in central London.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for leading on day to day tasks: last minute requests, sickness, communication with stores and area managers. You will lead on all booking operations, action all bookings emails and update brands on confirmed rotas.
You’ll follow up on missing timesheets and missing sales, follow through on any feedback received from clients, complete brand reporting and update trackers and spreadsheets as well as build strong relationships with consultants. You’ll also be required to conduct floor walks and client meetings when appropriate.
This role is 5 working days over 7 days of the week. Weekend work will be a part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry. You will have passion and energy to drive our teams on the shop floor, as well as meticulous attention to detail to accurately manage client bookings and rotas for a large workforce.
The perfect candidate has fantastic written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce excellent customer presentations.
A charismatic, confident relationship builder, you’ll be flexible, moving between head office and store locations depending on needs of the business.
