In-Store Facial Promoters

The Role

Our client is looking for the best specialists in skincare who are reliable, great salespeople for a pop-up store that will operate from 1st September – 1st October in a prestigious department store in SW1.

As an In-Store Facial Promoter for this brand, you’ll be offering luxurious facials whilst promoting the skincare products you’re using. You’ll be required to examine and analyse the client’s skin to evaluate skin conditions and provide skin care recommendations, then deliver HydraFacial signature treatments with outstanding service.

You should be a true ambassador of the brand and contribute to a strong culture and environment. It is essential that you have the ability to work over a 7-day roster, including weekends and bank holidays, committing to working 4 days pw (or more if you want to) in order to be considered for this post.

The client will offer in-person training on the 14th, 15th or 16th of August so you must be able to attend on one of these dates – this is compulsory.

How you’ll dazzle us

The perfect candidate for this role is someone upbeat, positive, friendly, and with a love for skincare. You’ll have bundles of enthusiasm and passion for customer service, beauty and skincare. Always focused on customer happiness, you’ll have great attention to detail, be happy taking the initiative, and enjoy working in a positive environment.

You should have a minimum NVQ level 2 qualification (ideally, level 3), have extensive experience working within and adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies, as well as an advanced knowledge of beauty products. Along with this, you can provide genuine and personalised treatments and demonstrate professional treatment consultation and application. You’ll need great industry experience in Spa/ Clinic / Beauty, and have advanced Skin Care Qualifications.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to learn and utilise POS systems, clientele tools and software. You will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, teamwork and adaptability. The ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business is essential to this role.
