This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxury global skincare brand based in London as HR Manager. This is a maternity cover position.
As HR Manager you’ll provide advice and support on all things HR, developing strategies and initiatives in order to help the business achieve its goals. You’ll play a key role in team leading, recruitment and onboarding, payroll administration and general employee relations. You’ll assist with coordinating employee recruitment and support staff in their learning and development.
Hybrid working arrangements are available.
This exciting role will cover all generalist duties including payroll, HR support to all managers, and recruitment assistance. You’ll need excellent organisational and time management skills to shine in this role. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic relationship builder and team leader with the ability to manage and run Payroll. A Bachelor’s degree would be a huge advantage.
Our client is looking for a brilliant communicator with previous experience at a similar level. You’ll need to be CIPD Level 5 or level 7 qualified and have over 5 years HR experience with an FMCG background. Candidates must also have strong IT skills including Excel.
