This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading luxury fragrance house as a HR Manager based in London.
As HR Manager you’ll provide advice and support on all things HR, developing strategies and initiatives in order to help the business achieve its goals. You’ll play a key role in team leading, recruitment and onboarding, payroll administration and general employee relations. You’ll coordinate employee training and support staff in their learning and development.
You should have a proven track record of supporting HR within businesses of 70-200 employees across multiple regions.
Our client is looking for a brilliant communicator with previous experience at a similar level. You’ll need to be CIPD Level 5 qualified, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic relationship builder and team leader with the ability to manage and run Payroll. If you have a Bachelor’s degree this is a huge advantage.
Experience in the fragrance sector is desirable.
