We are looking for a bright and ambitious HR Adviser to join an award-winning natural beauty and wellness company.
This role will be based in the Central London office with occasional remote work, as well as some travel to retail stores across the country.
As HR Adviser, your role will be to attract, engage and retain brilliant people for the company. You will give staff an inspiring and outstanding start on their employee journey. A proactive partner, you will provide excellent people and development support and advice to managers where needed.
Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, screening and selecting candidates, creating engaging and exciting induction programmes, and general people management duties such as exit interviews, guidance, disciplinaries and more.
You’ll ensure that the company has a strong employer brand and lead on employee engagement and happiness initiatives.
Our client is looking for a real people person who is confident, approachable and outgoing. You’ll need to be CIPD qualified and have previous experience in a similar role. Highly skilled in recruitment and selection, you’ll be a caring person with the ability to build relationships with ease.
You’ll need to be skilled at copy writing and using social media to attract candidates. The ideal candidate is someone with a true passion for retail, beauty and wellness who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to make work fun!
