We have a fantastic opportunity to join a multi award winning ethical skincare and cosmetics beauty brand house as their new Head of Spas. The company is based in North Greater London and offers hybrid working, with two days in the office and three days working from home.
As Head of Spas, you will be developing a spa business for the brand, executing strategies brilliantly to deliver profitable growth in the spa channel. Your goal will be for the brand to be a high ranking option in the natural and organic spa industry.
You’ll be expected to create a comprehensive spa channel strategy for UK and international markets, and be fully responsible for the spa. Using your extensive network, you will outreach to new spas, clinics and beauty therapists, both in the UK and internationally, to build this sales channel.
The role will require you to review existing facial protocols and create new and exciting protocols, along with developing a new training structure and sales and marketing documentation. You will be expected to execute the strategy brilliantly to deliver profitable growth in the spa channel.
Our perfect candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Spa Beauty Channel and be multi skilled in sales outreach, sales account management, facial protocol development and spa training. You’ll also have an extensive network of contacts with the spa channel and be a strong ‘people person’ who loves building customer relationships.
We’re looking for people who are entrepreneurial, dynamic, and enthusiastic. You are proactive and comfortable acting independently whilst also able to develop great company-wide relationships. You understand how to nurture, develop and grow key customer accounts. You should also be an excellent trainer yourself.
Ideally you will have a passion for and be willing to travel regularly to spas, clinics, and training.
