This is a brilliant opportunity to join our globally renowned luxury beauty and fragrance client as their Head of Marketing based in London. This is a highly senior position at a fantastic company.
As the Head of Marketing, you will help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, social and video assets.
You will manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support where needed. You will also analyse the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimise accordingly.
The role will require you to present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, as well as communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. You will have the ability to conceptualise and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. You should ideally have a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity, alongside experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Preferably you will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, however this is not essential. You will have proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy,
A willingness to travel is a huge bonus. Having established contacts in media, press or talent are also favourable qualities to have for this role.
