Our client is on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Global Sales in the beauty sector. The role is full time and will be based in West London.
The Head of Global Sales is responsible for the success of sales as measured by the achievement of revenue and profitability goals as set by the CEO.
You will contribute to the strategic direction and annual planning for sales, overseeing its implementation, driving sales and developing new business. Key to this will be setting standards and providing day-to-day management and guidance to the Sales team.
You will play a key role within the business, working collaboratively with cross functional teams building strong relationships internally and externally.
As the Head of Global Sales, you will need excellent leadership skills to contribute to the overall business direction and strategy and carry out additional duties when reasonably requested.
You will be required to operate at a senior level and have meaningful commercial conversations across multilayers of seniority and different departments. As such, you will need to inspire, empower, motivate, coach and develop a sales team.
