We are looking for an outstanding Head of eCommerce and Key Accounts to join an iconic British hair care brand, based in London.
This is a maternity cover role, starting in July 2022 for a period of 14 months.
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the role of Head E-Commerce and Key Accounts is to grow and develop the e-Commerce and Key Accounts channels including the clients’ DTC platform.
You will be responsible for developing and planning effective, innovative, and ambitious commercial strategies and then leading the strategy to fruition in all digital channels. This role will directly contribute to profitable growth & the delivery of financial targets for the business online, consumer and premium retail channels.
In addition, you will be working with the UK Merchandiser, global demand planning team and financial business partner for financial forecasting and stock management
Our client is looking for a strategic thinker with at least 8-10 years’ experience in managing D2C, Amazon and Selected ecommerce partners (beauty, fashion, luxury, e-retail) and proven skills in increasing performance.
An outstanding communicator, you’ll enjoy coaching and mentoring team members and have excellent people management and leadership skills. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, passionate, empathetic individual with a positive attitude, “can do” approach and entrepreneurial growth and ‘anything is possible’ mindset
The perfect candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of omnichannel and multi-channel management.
