Reporting to the Founder/CEO the successful candidate will have full responsibility for setting net revenue and budget forecasts to meet business P&L objectives in addition to managing all digital marketing campaigns and the website.
What you’ll be doing
The Head of Ecommerce is responsible for leading and planning the execution of a multi-channel digital strategy to meet revenue targets within budget requirements.
You will create a clear plan for short and long-term growth and profitability by increasing traffic, revenue, conversion rate, average order value and overall user experience, whilst optimising customer lifetime value and minimising customer returns.
A dynamic leader, you will lead the Ecommerce team in running two brands across multiple currency websites, ensuring they maintain their own brand identity and specific digital strategies.
How you’ll dazzle us
With previous experience of Magento and paid social media, you’ll be able to evidence relevant previous experience either within the beauty industry or within luxury retail.
We will also be looking to see if you are on-point when it comes to improving business efficiency or performance as well as cost and budget control.
With an eye for detail you will KPI driven and be an effective communicator both with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
A people-person, you will have defined leadership and management skills and be able to demonstrate how you will inspire your team.
