We have a fantastic new opportunity for a dynamic and creative Head of Digital Marketing to join an award-winning luxury perfume brand based in London.
As Head of Digital Marketing you will lead on all aspects of eCommerce, planning and overseeing performance marketing, site performance & design, onsite marketing, email marketing, SEO, and promotional campaigns to hit revenue growth targets.
You will establish a long term marketing strategy and eCommerce vision, managing the budget and P&Ls in order to achieve sustainable growth. You will build and lead a small digital team. The digital marketing strategy that you create will become the go-to strategy internationally as the global business begins to build.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who has significant experience of delivering on digital marketing strategies at both global and local levels. To really succeed in this role you would need to have at least 10 years of experience in eCommerce management, marketing and/or merchandising.
You will be an excellent communicator and team leader with a track record of managing P&Ls. You’ll need a good understanding of Martech, as well as experience in a high growth, fast-paced eCommerce environment. A passion for beauty and fragrance would be a huge bonus!
