We are searching for a highly skilled and proactive Global Trade Marketing Manager to join the team at a fast growing luxury wellness and high-tech beauty brand, based in London.
As Global Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working with key channel partners to optimise their online promotion of the brand and to ensure the brand has a premium and effective presence in selective flagship ‘halo’ stores and specialist beauty stores. This will be in line with the agreed global sales & profitability goals.
Some of the responsibilities for this role will include managing the trade marketing budget, calendars, project deadlines and weekly meetings to guarantee smooth workflow and production of collateral on time and to budget. You will work closely with the core marketing team to understand their marketing calendar and plans and ensure partner marketing is synced up where relevant. You will also be leading promotional activities relating to the various channels in line with the brand identity.
As the business grows, the remit and responsibilities will evolve. This role will sit in the broader Marketing team but will also take direction from the Managing Director of Business Development, and the different Senior Commercial Managers who are responsible for Indirect Sales.
We are looking for a Global Trade Marketing Manager with an understanding of start-up brands, Luxury Retail, Premium Brands and a challenger mindset. As well as being numerate, a strong communicator and influencer, you will love working as part of a growing team, will be self-motivated and determined to grow partnerships as well as the numbers.
