Global Brand Manager

We are searching for a highly skilled and proactive Global Brand Manager to join the team at a fast growing luxury beauty brand. This is a hybrid role.

The Role

As Global Brand Manager working closely with the Head of Marketing and the General Manager, you will lead our portfolio and NPD strategy based on thorough understanding of the brand and business requirements in terms of positioning, sales, margin, COGs to help deliver sustainable growth. Liaising with cross functional teams, you will manage brand and product projects from ideation to launch, and provide unique storytelling and content needed across the brands channels (stores, website, retail / e-tail, spas and clinics).

Within this role, you will be curious and aware of beauty and fashion trends, always bringing fresh ideas and be approachable with excellent interpersonal skills. We’re looking for someone who is creative, resourceful and proactive in identifying opportunities or issues, exploring and proposing innovative solutions. An articulate and commercial thinker, you will be well organised, able to multitask, prioritise and deliver in an international, omnichannel and fast-paced environment.

You should demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as in a small team, with a positive, can-do attitude and open to feedback and to building on other people’s views.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for a Global Trade Marketing Manager who is a team player, has a real sense of responsibility and wants to contribute to the sustainable growth of the result-driven omni-channel brand. Your confidence, drive and enthusiasm will light up the room and you should be highly numerical, data driven, and customer focused.

Ideally, you will have relevant experience in global brand management delivering strong product, packaging and creative briefs as well as experience working with external partners like design agencies, studios, packaging or fragrance suppliers. Experience in beauty or food NPD is essential.

You should be proficient in the use of PowerPoint and Excel, be familiar with all popular social media platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential and knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus.
