Fragrance Assistant Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic Fragrance Assistant Counter Manager to be based in London.

The role

You will be working with a stunning French brand, a pioneering perfume house and a trailblazer in the art of living through the senses. Based in a beautiful boutique in the heart of Covent Garden.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist the Counter Manager in daily operations and ensure the counter meets sales goals
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing product information and assistance
• Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain an organised store layout and oversee stock replenishment
• Conduct staff training on product knowledge and customer service standards
• Offer full support to the Counter Manager

Strong organisational skills and excellent time management are essential for efficiently managing store operations and prioritising tasks. A quick learner with a drive for sales success, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and colleagues while upselling products and driving revenue growth.

Basic maths skills for cash handling and inventory management, along with professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries, are also required.
