Flagship Beauty Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and highly experienced Beauty Manager with strong business skills to become part of a ground‐breaking new beauty and wellness flagship store opening in London.

The role

The role of the Beauty Manager is to provide professional leadership and management of the brand’s beauty and wellness concept. You will effectively manage the day-to-day running of the business and deliver the highest standards of professional treatments and service in line with the brand’s unique culture. You will take responsibility for the environment (treatment room, retail area and wellness space) as well as ensuring revenue targets are met.

The Beauty Manager is integral to the smooth running of this unique environment, driving brand awareness and retail sales to ensure commercial success. Working closely with the brand management team and sales staff, you will harness your natural people skills and passion for world-class service, ensuring that every client has an exceptional experience.

You will be a champion of the brand’s wellness philosophy and ethos, as well as the skincare products and professional treatments on offer.

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the beauty industry and hold a Professional Beauty Therapy qualification to a level 3 or higher. The candidate must be comfortable hitting sales targets and feel confident making bespoke skincare recommendations for facial treatments and homecare products.

It’s essential that the Beauty Manager is an organised, detail-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneur mentality. You will demonstrate effective communication skills and timely reporting practices. Energy, passion, and positivity are crucial as well as confidence in using social media.

You must be comfortable working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
