Planning jobs and contacting clients, liaising and meeting with clients, liaising with Tax Manager before assignments. Allocating staff, preparing budgets and ensuring that recovery rates and budgets for jobs are sorted. Managing the assignments, and reviewing the staff.
Retrieving feedback to partners and presenting to the Partners a complete file. Final adjustments, all tasks for clients and identifying fees by keeping the timesheets. Keeping up to date technically and CPD requirements are met.
Managing the team, briefings, reviewing with subordinates whilst out in the field. Providing all support.
