This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an innovative beauty brand as a UK/European Senior Account Manager, based in London.
As EMEA Account Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with retailers and planning teams to develop strategic sales plans that fulfil the growth, revenue goals and meet the KPIs of the company. You’ll be working closely with pure players, dotcom merchants and the marketing team to plan and schedule promotional activity to drive growth.
Providing reports and analysis, you will be leading weekly business review meetings and comparing retail plans with past history. An inspiring, hands-on leader, you’ll partner with the marketing and creative teams on retail assets and improve processes to drive the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
As EMEA Senior Account Manager specialising in dotcom and online clients, you will need a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry within a managerial role. You will have experience managing a 10 million+ market while driving international business and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to effectively execute and manage details. You will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective long term business partnerships. You are an excellent written and verbal communicator who can deliver persuasive presentations in a variety of settings including senior management level. You have an entrepreneurial mindset leading through innovation and creativity with a strong sense of loyalty, teamwork, and high personal integrity.

You must have 6 to 7 years of experience and account management of retail accounts with luxury and online retailers.
