This is a fabulous opportunity to join an innovative, results-driven beauty brand providing targeted and effective skin treatments and cosmetics, as Ecommerce Trading Manager.
The role oversees the trading as well as strategic activations for the company website, alongside the optimisation of the online customer journey.
This is a key role in the Ecommerce team, ensuring all digital activities (digital marketing and promotional activity) and trading processes are followed and delivered appropriately. A multidisciplinary role, the Ecommerce Trading Manager also plays an important role in the continuous optimisation of the customer journey and maximising online conversions.
Supporting the Head of Ecommerce with the management of the website, you will be involved in trading, financial and stock forecasting, in addition to the delivery of the trade and marketing calendar activities. This will include new product launches and promotional activities, so you will also be overseeing merchandising on site in line with stock movements, product performance, analytics and trends.
You will be involved in digital marketing across multiple channels including PPC, email and SEO, as well as website optimisation.
You’ll need to be a commercially minded, sales driven, experienced Ecommerce and trade professional, preferably with experience gained in a similar role within the luxury Beauty industry.
Focussed on the customer experience, and a true brand champion you will understand the importance of meeting financial targets as well as keeping up to date with all digital trends.
It goes without saying that your attention to detail is second to none (the devil is in the detail), you are a great communicator and excellent at building peer relationships.
