This is an amazing new opportunity to become an Ecommerce Manager for an innovative beauty and skincare brand based in London. This is a hybrid role.
As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading Ecommerce reporting and compliance, ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised. You’ll use in-depth data analysis and insights to drive the brand forward. You will ensure that the online customer journey is as optimised and flawless as possible.
This is a key role in the Ecommerce team, working with the Marketing & Ecommerce Director. You’ll ensure that all digital activities and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to business targets. This is an exciting multi-disciplinary role with tasks ranging across website management, digital marketing, customer experience, operations and more!
The dream candidate is someone who has 3+ years Ecommerce experience in a pure-play online or multi-channel consumer business as well as beauty and skincare experience, displaying some knowledge in these areas. Experience in creating and analysing A/B tests and results is also a huge plus.
We’re looking for a very organised individual who is highly numerate with a results and data driven approach. You should be highly diligent and have a strong attention to details. As well as this, you should have strong collaborative interpersonal skills with the ability to manage individual workloads and work as part of a team.
Ideally, you will show a deep understanding and knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, third party apps and plugins. You’ll also be confident in prioritisation and delivery of Ecommerce and CRM strategy as well as having had proven success in delivering growth in customer engagement, conversion rates and revenue online and via email/SMS.
