As Ecommerce Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised. You’ll use in-depth data analysis and insights to drive the brand forward. You will ensure that the online customer journey is as optimised and flawless as possible.
This is a key role in the Ecommerce team, ensuring all digital activities and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to business targets. This is an exciting multi-disciplinary role with tasks ranging across website management, digital marketing, customer experience, operations and more!
The dream candidate is someone who is passionate about all elements of customer experience with a background in a similar Ecommerce role. You’ll need to be confident using industry recognised CMS systems and managing third party digital marketing agencies.
This role requires someone who is analytical and technical but also highly creative in order to ensure that the website is visually appealing. A fantastic communicator, you’ll be great at working across multiple teams and will have strong problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. And of course, a passion for all things beauty related wouldn’t hurt!
