This London based business has a fan base of celebrities and consumers alike of its luxury skincare and beauty ranges.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the Ecommerce Manager is responsible for ensuring that online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the client’s websites through analysis and insight to drive the business forward. The role oversees the day to day operational management of the websites, management of key third-party agencies and of the on-sight customer journey. This is a key role in the eCommerce team, ensuring all digital activities (digital marketing and promotional activity) and supporting processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to the relevant critical paths. A multidisciplinary role, the eCommerce Manager also plays an important role in the continuous optimisation of the customer journey.
Ideally you will have previous eCommerce experience within the retail beauty industry or with high end fashion retail brands (other luxury retail sectors may be considered), you will have a proven track record in website management, customer experience and all-round digital marketing.
We will also be looking to see if you are on-point when it comes to developing highly targeted and effective digital marketing campaigns with an excellent ROI whilst meeting financial targets.
With an eye for detail you will be KPI driven and be an effective communicator both with internal stakeholders.
Experience with paid social media and affiliates essential.
