Ecommerce Executive

We are on the hunt for an ambitious, creative and energetic individual to join a multi-award winning luxury haircare brand as an Ecommerce Executive. This role will mainly be remote with one or two days a week working in the Central London office, depending on preference.

The Role

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, in this role you’ll play an integral part in planning and implementing the eCommerce strategy in both UK and US based stores.

Working cross-functionally across the business to support and deliver continued growth, you’ll collaborate with various internal teams. This will include working on new briefs with the Creative team, and communicating with the operations team to ensure that stock is reflected correctly on the website.

You’ll develop and improve upon the onsite shopping experience, maximising online conversions and placing customer service at the heart of everything you do. You’ll also carry out detailed analysis on online sales and promotions, providing insights as needed. You will carry out regular updates to the website including home page edits, new product set up, category merchandising, navigation updates and landing pages.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are looking for a brilliant communicator who is positive, proactive and passionate about the haircare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of eCommerce experience and a strong understanding of Magento 2.

A problem solver, you’ll be excellent at working collaboratively across teams and analysing and presenting data. Our client is looking for a creative thinker with fantastic ideas, and you’ll need to be highly organised, great at prioritising your workload and used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Our client encourages flexible working, meaning that you are able to work remotely or from the office, and aside from working core hours of 10am-4pm, the remaining hours can be worked at a time best suited to you.
