An iconic, world-famous London theatre is searching for a new Duty Manager to join their team and help out with the day-to-day running of the venue.
This is a part-time position with regular evening and weekend shifts operating on a rota basis.
As Duty Manager you will be responsible for managing the staff and volunteer team during performances, communicating effectively across the department and wider team. You’ll lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, adhering to health and safety policies and enabling safe evacuation in the event of an emergency.
You’ll complete reports after every show, working closely with ticketing and buildings operations and resolving any unforeseen issues in an efficient and professional manner.
We are looking for a customer service superstar with a passion for all things theatre-related. You will be a fantastic communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills. You’ll be confident and charismatic with great leadership skills, ideally with some experience of managing a team.
