We are on the hunt for a charismatic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join a luxury beauty brand at their London office. This will be a hybrid role, with at least one day per week in the office.
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new online customers in the UK and US markets by creating best-in-class campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Affiliates and Connected TV.
You will work with the creative team and external digital media agencies to create the acquisition strategy and media plan across all channels, as well as overseeing and managing the execution and reporting results to key brand stakeholders.
Due to the start-up nature of the company, this role would suit an ambitious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, but also who can take on responsibility to be a key part in the future success.
The dream candidate for this role is someone with at least five years of experience in creating digital campaigns, with a brilliant understanding of each digital channel. You’ll be experienced at managing agency and vendor relationships, with a background in FMCG (preferably within beauty or cosmetics). Analytically minded, you’ll be a problem solver and an excellent communicator with a strong business acumen.
