Digital Advertising Manager

We have a very unique opportunity for a dynamic Digital Ads Manager to join an innovative beauty brand specialising in cosmetics for men.

The role

Your role will be to develop online strategy, lead on advertising campaigns and drive sales. You’ll manage all social media advertising and Google Ads accounts, budgeting and optimising ad spend and building a measurable growth reporting system. You will liaise with external agencies and the in-house content creation team, as well as working closely with the Head of Ecommerce and company directors.You’ll be excellent at assessing and analysing data in order to produce weekly reports.

How you’ll dazzle us

We are on the hunt for an entrepreneurial, creative and ambitious individual with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Facebook account manager, with the ability to analyse and turn data into actionable insights. You’ll be growth-driven with excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as being an innovative thinker. We are looking for
a team player who is keen to work in a close-knit, high-energy, fast-paced (fun!) environment.

Experience within the beauty or fashion industries would be beneficial, but not essential.
