We are on the hunt for customer service superstars to work as Customer Service Assistants at the world famous Gatwick Airport. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide customers with an enjoyable journey and to work in a truly unique and dynamic environment, as well as building your CV with world class brands.
The role will require you to work on the tills, assist on the shop floor and support replenishment. You’ll also be responsible for sales, including luxury sales, and delivering world class service for every customer.
To work at the Airport you must have the right to work in the UK. You must be 18+ years, not have been abroad for longer than 6 months, and be able to provide a full 5-year work/education history in the UK.
This position is full time with an expectation and flexible 8 hour shifts are on offer between 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 9pm, with weekly pay as well as holiday pay and staff discount. You will be provided with brand and sales training.
We are looking for someone with a brilliant personality and fantastic communication skills. The perfect candidate for this role is someone chatty and friendly with bundles of enthusiasm and a passion for customer service. Always focused on customer happiness, you’ll be reliable, punctual and immaculately presented. Experience is not essential (but would be a bonus).
Having experience in retail is preferred and ideally you will live a reasonable travel distance to the Airport.
