This is an exciting opportunity to join our renowned beauty client as their new Customer Service Administrator, based in London.
The Customer Service Administrator role is a fundamental role for the brand, as you will be responsible for engaging with the customers around orders and queries, as well as identifying and successfully promoting products that would be of value over the telephone and via email.
This role will require you to deal with customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge as well as creating and maintaining fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow the customer base.
You will be expected to monitor the sale order process from start to finish making sure orders are dispatched in a timely manner, liaising with the production and warehouse team when needed. You’ll be offering support with stockist and distributor orders along with organising and overseeing logistic and necessary paperwork.
This position is full time with 8 hour shifts working Monday to Friday. You’ll get 28 days holiday as well as your birthday off.
