You will be a creative and inquisitive individual, who is passionate about transforming weekly newsletters into complex CRM lifecycle programmes (e.g. welcome, cross-sell, win back campaigns), and thrive on improving both engagement and revenue across all CRM activity.
You are an agile team player, and love collaborating with cross-departments to enhance and scale a connected customer experience across channels, which results in growing a customer base, increasing and expanding their brand loyalty. You take pride in being a key ambassadors for the digital experience omnichannel initiatives and strategy internally and externally.
Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, your duties will include:
You’ll have a Batchelor’s Degree and over 5 years’ experience using automation CRM products which includes both technical and e-commerce expertise gained working hands-on with campaign setups, email communications, customer journeys, dynamic functionality and digital marketing analytics.
In addition, you will have worked in a similar fast paced, high pressure environment and display a strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
Experience with Zendesk, Shopify Plus and Klaviyo would be an advantage.
