We are on the hunt for a strategic and commercially driven CRM Executive to join a highly renowned luxury beauty brand based in London.
As CRM Executive, you will devise, implement and manage customer and data led CRM and automation strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
You’ll optimise the entire customer lifecycle, prospecting, nurturing and re-engaging with them at all points and ensuring that data collection and customer retention takes place across all channels
You will be a creative and inquisitive individual with technical knowledge in campaign setup, email communications, customer journeys and digital marketing analytics. A team player, you’ll be experienced working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments and collaborating across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate has significant E-commerce experience, preferably in the beauty sector. An analytical thinker, you’ll have a natural flair for data and reporting on KPIs. Experience with Zendesk, Shopify Plus or Klaviyo is a plus.
