We have an excellent role available to join a luxury skincare brand for an experienced CRM Executive with a background in the beauty or luxury retail sector to develop and deliver a plan of events and masterclasses (online and in-store) and manage their Loyalty Programme across the UK & Ireland.
This award-winning beauty brand uses the most cutting edge science to maximise the synergy of powerful plant-based extracts and active ingredients to provide the highest quality cosmetics, skincare, fragrances and hair products.
Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, you will be an experienced CRM Executive with relevant prior industry experience. Responsible for planning and implementing the events and masterclass programmes both online and instore, you understand how to nurture customer relationships in addition to attracting new customers to the brand.
Managing the in-store loyalty programme in line with GDPR you will be provided with IT support, training and set up as required.
Working hand in hand with retailers to secure customer engagement opportunities, you will develop campaigns aligned to the brand’s objectives and measure the ROI of the engagement plan and performance against your KPIs using a range of tools.
We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years’ experience in CRM – in particular within the events, retail and customer engagement areas – who is a positive team player with a can-do attitude.
You must be a proactive self-starter who is flexible and used to handling multiple projects at the same time, which means you have excellent organisational, analytical and computer skills.
