The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic CRM & Email Marketing Manager to lead the charge in customer engagement and retention. Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, you’ll own and optimise CRM strategies, ensuring communication is innovative, data-driven, and hyper-personalised. From creating impactful multi-language email campaigns to leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, you’ll shape the customer journey to drive loyalty and growth.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing and executing a proactive CRM strategy.
- Building and optimising high-converting email campaigns for B2C and B2B markets.
- Enhancing segmentation and personalisation to deliver tailored experiences.
- Streamlining processes using automation and AI-powered tools.
- Analysing performance metrics and keeping the strategy innovative and efficient.
How You’ll Dazzle Us
We’re looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of proven CRM and email marketing experience.
- Expertise in Klaviyo (essential).
- A proactive mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- A strategic thinker who can execute with precision.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in luxury, beauty, or retail (desirable).
- HTML/CSS and Shopify experience is a plus.
- German-speaking is desirable, but not essential.
