Our client, an organic skincare brand, is on the hunt for a passionate Counter Manager to join their department store in London.
As a Counter Manager, you are required to maintain the staff schedule, supervise counter staff, manage inventory, and ensure that customers are satisfied. Your duties will also include overseeing the sales of the store to ensure targets are met.
The ideal candidate for this role is proactive and trustworthy. You will lead a team and inspire excellent customer service. You will need a passion for skincare and want to thrive in the retail industry. You are required to have a good knowledge of the products you are selling. Experience in skincare sales is not required but will be advantageous.
Your leadership, communication skills, and product knowledge will contribute to the success and growth of the brand’s counter within the store.
