This is a brilliant opportunity to join a world-famous, highly unique London-based Museum as the new Commercial and Operations Manager.
The Commercial and Operations Manager has a fast-paced and wide-ranging role and is responsible for the performance of the Visitor Experience team in the Museum, as well as providing both strategic direction and day-to-day management of the café and shop.
We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with significant experience in leading successful visitor operations in a Museum or similar setting. You’ll have strong commercial acumen and a successful track record of driving sustained growth. A creative and clear thinker, you’ll be excellent at prioritising tasks and problem-solving as needed.
You’ll need to have brilliant people management skills, with the ability to lead a team in a friendly and helpful manner. Experience in buying and sourcing products, budget management, and financial reporting is essential.
The start date for this role is between the 22nd and 29th of May.
