Business Manager

A luxury skincare brand is on the hunt for a dedicated Business Manager to be based in London in a luxury department store.

The role

As Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the counter and staff meet and exceed goals set by the company. Through coaching and developing the team, the Business Manager will ensure that each employee meets and exceeds KPI targets. You will be accountable for the smooth running of the stores and ensuring each team member is aware of and understands sales, service and KPI expectations & goals. Providing training and development through effective coaching to ensure these goals are met.

How you’ll dazzle us

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in a management capacity within the retail industry and has demonstrated a proven ability to mentor and guide a team towards achieving sales targets. You should also possess outstanding interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

With a genuine passion for skincare, you maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and products. You will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are capable of engaging with management at all organisational levels.
