Business Development and Sales Manager

A luxury British fragrance brand requires a dynamic and commercially-minded Business Development & Sales Manager. Based at home, working in London and predominantly South West.

The role

As Business Development & Sales Manager, you will drive growth in the UK market, working with retailers and commercial partners to generate new business and increase market share.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Increase market share and maximise revenue through selling to retailers and generating new business
  • Build and manage successful long term retail partnerships and collaborations
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with partners
  • Develop strategic plans in partnership with retailers to maximise sales and brand potential
  • Monitor sales performance against forecasts and report regularly
  • Attend events to promote our products and support our marketing activities

How you’ll dazzle us

Our ideal candidate will need to have a strong commercial outlook, thrive on achieving targets and be very focused. You have excellent knowledge of the luxury goods and beauty industries, backed by 2+ years of B2B sales and business development experience.

You are passionate, results-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Your excellent communication skills will be key in driving sales while collaborating directly with founders to build the brand. You are willing to travel throughout the UK and have your own car and driver’s licence.
