Brand Consultant

A luxury department store is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Brand Consultant, based in Knightsbridge.

The role

As Brand Consultant, your responsibilities will include liaising regularly with Line Managers, Buying and Merchandising, Personal Shopping Department and Brand contacts to ensure the area fully represents the brand in order to maximise sales. You’ll be expected to identify ways to improve brand awareness both externally and by increasing knowledge of the brand across the floor, reporting regularly with the Brand and Line Managers, as well as handle all point of sale transactions

This role requires you to be devoted to all customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service, whether it’s face to face, or via telephone or email, provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales, delivering memorable customer experiences whilst ensuring that a base of regular customers is rapidly recognized and maintained by personal contact. You’ll develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends. You’ll also ensure effective stock replenishment and that merchandising is of a standard that is reflective of the brand.

How you’ll dazzle us

The perfect candidate is someone with previous experience in a similar customer facing role in retail, and with working to visual merchandising guidelines. You must have a true passion for all things fashion and come from a luxury fashion background, which can be as a personal shopper.

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal. A creative and innovative thinker and problem solver, you’ll demonstrate great organisation skills to ensure the stock accuracy of a high volume brand.
