A fast growing, London-based luxury wellness/beauty company is searching for an innovative Brand Activation Manager.
The role
The Brand Activation Manager is responsible for spearheading brand activation initiatives to drive awareness and engagement amongst the target audience. This role focuses on developing and executing innovative activation plans that get the client on their radar, effectively communicate their products, ensuring the brand is top of mind in order to drive brand preference. Your responsibilities will include:
- Brand Activation Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation plans aligned with business objectives, consumer insights, and market trends.
- Activation Execution: Deliver execution and evaluation of brand activation initiatives, including events, experiential marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Collaboration with External Partners: Collaborate with external brands, execute brand activation initiatives, and ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.
- Consumer Engagement: Create engaging brand activities that resonate with target audiences, driving awareness, interaction, and advocacy.
- Brand Education and Advocacy: Educate external stakeholders, including consumers, influencers, and partners, about the brand’s values, offerings, and unique selling propositions to foster brand advocacy and loyalty.
- Creative Content Development: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling content and collateral for brand activation initiatives.
- Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of brand activation initiatives, gathering consumer insights, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand activation budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all brand activation initiatives and materials.
- Market Research and Trends Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform brand activation strategies and tactics.
How you’ll dazzle us
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented marketing professional with 5 years of experience in brand activation. You excel at planning, executing, and measuring successful consumer-facing initiatives that drive brand awareness. You have strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a creative mind for developing innovative strategies.
As a team player who collaborates well with external partners, you are able to leverage data to create innovative campaigns. Additionally, you should be familiar with brand management principles and industry trends and drive brand activation ideas forward.
